IN PERSON WORKSHOPS & SHORT COURSES
Please note returns are only accepted for a refund if the item is faulty or damaged. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your goods by emailing info@artacademyeast.co.uk. You must include images of the faulty item and damaged packaging if applicable.
CANCELLATIONS BY US
If a workshop is cancelled by the AAE, participants will be notified and the full cost of fees will either be refunded within three weeks, under normal conditions, or an offer will be made for the customer to take up their place at a course date in the future. AAE shall not be liable for any other consequential loss such as travel or accommodation.
CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
Cancellations on the part of the participant made less than 5 working days before the start of the course/workshop/event are non-refundable. Cancellations made before that time will incur a £7.50 (per person) administration charge. We cannot refund the cost of individual sessions or transfer them to another course/later course date if they are missed for any reason. The cost of a course is for the full set of specified weeks and not per week.
LIVE ONLINE SESSIONS
CANCELLATIONS BY US
If a course is cancelled by the AAE, participants will be notified and the full cost of fees will be refunded within three weeks, under normal conditions. We shall not be liable for any other consequential loss such as travel or accommodation.
If the event experiences connection or technical difficulties originating from the Art Academy East setup then we will endeavour to issue a refund or alternatively provide a separate recording of the session at a later date.

We are unable to issue a refund due to connection issues if they are isolated to your own experience/use of or set up of your device.
BEHAVIOUR POLICY
We reserve the right to terminate the session for particular participants due to unacceptable behaviour towards the staff or other participants. This includes, but is not limited to, foul/inappropriate/derogatory language, aggressive behaviour, shouting or confrontational behaviour. A refund will not be issued in this circumstance.
RECORDED FILM FOOTAGE
ACCESS
Access will be granted to the one email address that you have provided above.
You will need to ensure that this is the email address that you use to login to your free YouTube account.
We reserve the right to withdraw access to any email address that we find to be abusing the access granted. This is where we see a single email address being used to access the film a disproportionate amount of times.
However, you are able to view the video more than once.
USAGE
This film, the contents, the artwork and the production are all copyright. Any attempt to download and sell commercially will be in breach of these terms and conditions and will be dealt with via the appropriate legal channels.
The film is for personal use only and is not permitted to be broadcast publicly to groups or audiences.
All lesson content including videos, PDFs, instructions and all material that relates to the Art Academy East Ltd is protected by Copyright Law and can only be accessed by the Subscriber.
