Creative Yoga

Take part in a mindful yoga session leading into relaxing meditation followed by an intuitive art session. All materials are provided for you to explore your creativity.

The Yoga:

A mindful, slow and gentle class using breath awareness and alignment based postures, which will encourage you to move, connect, explore your sense of creativity and find ease within the body. We will then slow down into some nourishing longer held yin poses, followed by a short meditation, before coming into relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

The Art:

An intuitive art session where you will have the opportunity to explore your creativity without pressure of reaching a specific goal or outcome. All materials will be provided for you to have the freedom to express any thoughts, feelings or ideas that you may have experienced during yoga and meditation.

Please print receipt and provide as proof of purchase at start of session. You will need to book your place at least 24 hours in advance. No cash payments or late entries will be allowed.
